Hi there! I joined a little while ago, and I figured I'd introduce myself. I'm absolutely fascinated by the architecture and history of old/abandoned mental asylums. I'm currently collecting information about a few location around the new york state area, and I plan on staying overnight for a photography/video project at a picked location pretty soon.

Has anyone done this sort of thing before? Any tips? Or safety precautions?
