Anyway, a friend of mine dragynphly and her family are having a really hard time. They may even lose their house before Christmas. You can read what is going on in her journal. It is open. Some of you who are on my flist will have seen the post I made about it. I am trying to be secert santa and get people to donate to her paypal to help her family out. Even if it is only 5.00 every little helps. So if you are in the spirit of giving, and want to help this holiday season please read her lj and donate to her and her family. Hey all -

I am looking for musical wisdom and suggestions:

I am directing a play, and am also doing the sound design (we are low-budget!), and I'm picking out the music to play in the house before and after the show itself.
The theme of the play is miscommunication, being lost, trying to say something and failing, being misunderstood, etc.
Any songs pop to mind?
It can be serious about the topic, it can be flippant, it doesn't matter. I'm just looking for ideas.

i'm not really sure what's going on with me...
i have these awful detailed dreams that freak me out and i'm anxious about people leaving me, i snap at people so much lately, and i'm scaring myself. i think i'm getting depressed again, but this is so sudden, i usually can handle stress much better. i'm not really sure what the reasons could be, i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows of any info that would help...

is it related to the pill (hormones)- i've heard that ortho tri-cyclen can cause depression. or is it because i have a diet with less calories now? i started a new job... could it be simply stress? can it be some flu or something like that? how long should i wait until i get it checked out?

Ok got all my stuff from my 3 bedroom apt to my 2 bedroom apt with my son. Had some helpers last Sat but less on Sun and none come Mon. But we are here. and so now I am unpacking. But priorities.
