I keep putting things off that are very important.
I keep having anxiety attacks because I didn't do the things that I was supposed to do.
I just wake up and do the bare minimum and when I start to think about the things that I'm putting off I just tell myself to forget about it and just concentrate on everything but the important things and to just focus on waking up in the morning.
How do make myself do the things that I keep putting off?

Sigh...

It's really weighing on me...
