Hey, what do you guys do at like 3 in the morning?

i mean say you can't sleep.. or you wake up or something? And if the middle of your night happens to be during day time, which i imagine wouldn't be so much of a problem.. What do you do when your up when you generally should be sleeping?

I'd imagine some sort of hobby could be useful..

Originally, I was going to have free prints for you all to claim by sending me your address, but unfortunately, that did not work out,
so, if you would like an _asylum_ poster to put on your wall or locker or wherever, download it here and print it for yourself.


Next:
as you all should be aware, the staff and I have been working on a new website design. The website dedicated to this lj community is: http://www.asylumonline.org
Very soon I will be calling for room assignments. Be sure to respond to get a room on the site. Currently we only have the old, out-of-date version online. The new version will be up ASAP.
The site will have a chatroom and message board. In the chatroom I will host some topical discussions relating to psyche issues.The messageboard will be a free-for-all of you to enjoy.
We will have an ICU program for those that need the staff to check in and IM you if you need it. (till then, please feel free to post that you need one of us here and whomever is available will be in touch.)

For all the new folks, Last christmas, the _asylum_ residents contributed to creating our first book, Inside The Inmates Click the link to download.. or visit the satellite community: inmatesminds to read it. (though none of that art is in the community. you will need to download the book for that.)
