Since at this moment I am feeling suicidal
I figured I would do something more constructive and I found the following website and it seemed to be well written and informative and mediumly helpful so here I shall share:

I still have the miraculous medal I found over the summer.
I don't believe in God, or Mary or Jesus or any of that;
but the medalion is comforting none-the-less.
