I can't help but wonder if it seriously bothers some of the more serious members of this community that some others are not so serious. I, of course, have had my shares of disillusion as well as random idiocy, but it's hard to know whether or not people think about these things as much as I do.
Considering such, it's hard to even know what anyone thinks at all, especially in this world where deception proves to be the best defense as well as offense.

Strange ramblings. )

Hey. I'm at my sister's again. For the weekend. I woke up around 3. Well, actually I woke up at 10:30 in the mornin' after goin' to bed at 5 in the mornin'. So needless to say, I went back to sleep.

Right now I'm listenin' to music on her ipod. I love these things. I need to get one.

Last night I had her watch Freddy Got Fingered for the first time. I kept telling her it was hilarious and it's one of my favorite movies. So after a while, she decided to watch it. She loved it. Yay.
After we watched the movie, we headed to this dinner near her house called Charlies. It's open until 4 am. We got there around 12. I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on wheat. It was fuckin' awesome. Went well with the beer in my belly. I'm really starting to love beer heh. Not too good.

So yeah, after that, we came back and she dyed my hair for me. It's "African Violet". I really really like it. It's darker than the other color I had dyed it a couple of months ago. It looks almost black but in the sun it's pretty purple/red. I'm gonna have her take some pictures today of me/my hair.

But before that, I have to try and wake her up. She got out of bed at 3:30, said she felt useless and blah, and asked me to wake her up in an hour. I said absolutely not. I'll wake you up in 20 minutes. Well 20 minutes came and gone and I still haven't woken her up. I think I'm gonna take a shower first. Because she's gonna want to take a shower and she takes for fuckin' EVER. After that I think I'm gonna straighten my hair. And after I wake her up, I'm going to inform her that, whether she likes it or not, we're going out to get sushi. Because god dammit, I wanted sushi yesterday and we didn't get any. :-( Poo. Maybe we'll get some saki too, I haven't had any since we went to that japanese place in Darien, CT with Tommy and like 7 other people. That was so fun...We had a blast. I want to do it again! :-)!

Alright, I'm gonna go though and take a shower. And finish some of my laundry. See ya later.

"Sigh can someone please try to restore some of my faith in humanity." quoted from a previous post.

Why bother restoring it? Faith is something born of ignorance to keep people calm and content at night. There is no point in restoring faith in something that's slowly spiraling down to its own destruction.

Every person I know at one point in there lives have given up their worth and dignity for power, fame, money, and/or lust. A man you've been neighbors with could be the nicest person you met when in secret he's a murderer or pedophile.

No, the good side of humanity died decades ago. What's left is a rotting corse who's remains have been thrown to the dogs. Where is your reason for restoring faith? Our own government orchestrated the destruction of a national monument and for what? For absolute control of the middle-east. And it's not just our country, hell...we all know how poorly China & North Korea treat their people.

Power truly does corrupt. Humans were given the greatest power of all: the power of sentient intelligence and rational thought, and what did we do with it? We use to kill each other, to kill the very planet we live on...and for what...personal gain...for even more power.

In my eyes, the human race has given up its right to existence. The only thing that could possibly save the human race is a unification of our species. One world-wide government. But that'll never happen, not as long as humans remain ignorant to those that are different, not as long as we continue killing each other for the stupidest of reasons. The only thing left for the human race is for us to be destroyed by a greater power before we have to chance to spread out to other planets like a virus.
