i'm not really sure what's going on with me...
i have these awful detailed dreams that freak me out and i'm anxious about people leaving me, i snap at people so much lately, and i'm scaring myself. i think i'm getting depressed again, but this is so sudden, i usually can handle stress much better. i'm not really sure what the reasons could be, i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows of any info that would help...
is it related to the pill (hormones)- i've heard that ortho tri-cyclen can cause depression. or is it because i have a diet with less calories now? i started a new job... could it be simply stress? can it be some flu or something like that? how long should i wait until i get it checked out?
